I just left Monique's office and my back is feeling much better. Getting old sucks. But she can turn back the hands of time. I recommend the deep tissue massage. As a former Blackberry Massage Therapist she is highly qualified.

The atmosphere at Healing U is very calming and welcoming. I have been going for several visits and it has been an awesome experience for me. Monique totally understands my ache and pains. She has been very successful working with me. She is very knowledgeable and has done an excellent job relieving my shoulder and back pains. I am amazed at the progress she has made with me. I have had chronic pain in my left shoulder for many years. Monique is the first therapist to relieve that pain through her expertise in cupping and massage therapy. She is to be commended for helping me through my pain. I unequivocally recommend her as the best massage therapist that has ever worked on me.

This was an amazing massage! I got a 60 minute full-body massage with added hot stones on my back.
I told Monique that I have sensitive knots in my neck and back that can't take too much pressure so she used a specific technique to work out the knots without hurting me at all! I've never had a massage that could do both. She definitely knows her stuff and tailors her massages for each individual.
The building where her massage room is located is nice and quiet. The room smelled so good, it was dimly lit, and had soft music playing. The room was also different because it was decorated with some interesting bohemian and norse decor that made the room feel cozy.
Hands down, this was the best massage I've ever had because Monique knew how to specifically tailor the treatment to my wants and needs. I plan on going back to her regularly.

March 27, 2017 - I recently visited Knoxville on business and was having neck and back issues from overwork and fatigue. By chance I happened upon Ms Monique and made an appointment. I've been getting massage therapy for many years and Monique's skills and technique were by far the best I have experienced. It's the first time I've had a deep tissue massage that was not overtly painful and was actually enjoyable. She is a kind and gentle soul and it shows in her work and manner. I highly recommend Monique - I wish I lived closer to Knoxville.
